Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE
Article 4.--INTERSTATE COOPERATION COMMISSION

      46-405.   Functions and terms of senate committee and house committee;term of governor's committee.The standing committees of the senate and the house of representativesestablished under the provisions of this act shall function during theregular sessions of the legislature and also during the interim periodsbetween such sessions and their members shall serve until their successors areappointed.The incumbency of each administrative member of this commission appointedby the governor shall extend until the first day of February next followingtheir appointment, and thereafter until their successoris appointed.
