Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE Article 4.--INTERSTATE COOPERATION COMMISSION

      46-411.   Invalidity of part.If any clause or other portion of this act is held to be invalid, thatdecision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of thisact. The legislature hereby declares that all such remaining portions ofthis act are severable, and that it would have enacted such remainingportions if the invalid portions had not been included in this act.
