Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE
Article 8.--PREFILING OF BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS

      46-804.   Introduction of prefiled bills and resolutions, effect.On the firstday of the regular session ofthe legislature following prefiling, all such bills and resolutions shall be deemedproperly introduced. Such bills andresolutions shall be read in the same manneras other bills and resolutions introduced after the convening of thelegislature.When any prefiled bill or resolution has been delivered to the secretaryof the senate or the chiefclerk of the house of representatives as herein provided and the same isread, any prior failure to comply with any of theprocedural requirements of this act shall have no effect on the validity ofsuch bill or resolution.
