Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 1.--STOCK RUNNING AT LARGE

      47-120.   Driving swine along highway.Nothing herein contained shall be so construed as to prevent drovers orother persons from driving swine from one place to another along any publichighway, the owner or owners being responsible for all damages that anyperson or persons may sustain in consequence of the driving of such swine.
