Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 11.--DELIVERIES IN MOTOR VEHICLES

      47-1102.   Penalties for violations.Every person, firm or corporation violating or failing to comply withany of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor,and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than fivehundred dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less thansixty days nor more than six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
