Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 12.--DISPOSAL OF DEAD ANIMALS

      47-1210.   Buildings and disposal plants; specifications.All disposal plants, substations, and buildings used in connectiontherewith shall conform with the following requirements: (1) All floors ofbuildings shall be constructed of concrete or other impervious material;(2) adequate sanitary drainage must be provided; and all buildings must beso constructed and maintained that no unsterile liquid is permitted toescape openly therefrom. All disposal plants, substations and places oftransfer shall be so located, arranged, constructed, and maintained, andthe operation so conducted at all times consistent with public health andsafety.
