47-1213. Suspension and revocation of licenses; notice and hearing.The commissioner shall have power to suspend or revoke any license orpermit issued under this act for the failure or refusal of any licensee orpermit holder to obey and comply with the provisions of this act and allrules and regulations authorized and adopted thereunder, except thatbefore any such license or permit is suspended or revoked thelicensee or permit holder shall be notified of the alleged violations andthe time and place of hearing thereon, as fixed by the commissioner, and ahearing shall be conducted in accordance withthe provisionsof the Kansas administrative procedure act.
