Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 12.--DISPOSAL OF DEAD ANIMALS

      47-1215.   Rules and regulations; filing.The commissioner may adopt and enforce such reasonable rules andregulations relating to transportation of carcasses of domestic animals andpacking house refuse, specifications for disposal plants, substations,places of transfer, equipment and vehicles, and all operations inconnection therewith, as the commissioner deemsadvisable and which are notinconsistent with provisions of this act. All such rules and regulationsshall be filed with the secretary of state.
