Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 13.--GARBAGE RESTRICTIONS

      47-1303.   Unlawful acts.(a) It shall be unlawful for the governing body of any city, or anyofficialor employee of a city, to enter into any contract or agreement for thecollection or disposal of garbage unless such contract or agreementrequires a disposal of garbagein accordance with rules and regulations of the state livestockcommissioner, when disposed of by other means.

      (b)   It shall be unlawful for any person to give, sell or transfer garbageto another person, if such person knows that such other person is commerciallyfeeding the garbage to a cloven hoofed animal.
