      47-1305.   Penalty for violation of act.Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, city or official of anycorporation or city, violating the provisions of this act or of any rule orregulation promulgated pursuant thereto shall, upon conviction thereof, befined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundreddollars ($500). Each day the provisions of this act or any rule orregulation made pursuant thereto is violated shall be a separate offense.
