Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 15.--FEEDLOTS

      47-1504.   Meetings of commission; calling, notice, minutes.The board is authorized and required to meet upon callby the commissioner, or upon written request of a majority of the membersof the board. The secretary of theboard shall keep minutes of all meetings called under authority of thisact, separate, but concurrent with other duties prescribed by law. At least10 days' notice shall be given of all called meetings of the board by theperson or persons calling themeeting, unless the chairperson and secretary and thecommissioner agree upon a shorter notice period.
