Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 15.--FEEDLOTS

      47-1509.   Unlawful acts; penalty.Any person violating any of the provisions of this act, or anyregulation promulgated by the commissioner, thereunder, shall be deemedguilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by afine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100): Provided, That each dayupon which a violation shall be committed, or shall be permitted tocontinue, shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
