Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 17.--PET ANIMAL ACT

      47-1703.   Pet shop operator license.It shall be unlawfulforany person toact as or be a pet shop operator unless such person has obtained from thecommissioner a pet shop operatorlicense for each pet shop operated by such person. Application for eachsuch license shall be madein writing on a form provided by the commissioner. The license period shallbe for the license year ending on June 30following the issuance date.
