Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 17.--PET ANIMAL ACT

      47-1719.   Hobby breeder license.(a) It shall be unlawful forany person to act as or be a hobby breeder unless suchperson hasobtained from the commissioner a hobby breeder license. Application for suchlicense shall be madein writing on a form provided by the commissioner. Thelicense periodshall be forthe license year ending on June 30 following the issuancedate.

      (b)   This section shall be part of and supplemental toK.S.A. 47-1701 et seq. and amendments thereto.
