Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 17.--PET ANIMAL ACT

      47-1720.   Research facility license.(a) It shall be unlawful forany person to operate a research facility unless such person has obtainedfrom the commissioner a research facility license.Application for such license shall be made inwriting on a form provided by the commissioner. The licenseperiod shall be for thelicense year ending on June 30 following the issuance date.

      (b)   This section shall be part of and supplemental toK.S.A. 47-1701 et seq. and amendments thereto.
