47-1726. Citation and purpose of act.K.S.A. 47-1701 through47-1721, K.S.A. 47-1723 through 47-1727, 47-1731, and K.S.A. 47-1732through47-1736 and amendmentsthereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas pet animal act. Thisact shall license, permit and regulate the conditions ofcertain premises andfacilities within the state of Kansas where animals are maintained, sold oroffered or maintained for sale.
