Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 17.--PET ANIMAL ACT

      47-1736.   Retail breeder license.(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to act as or be aretail breeder unless such person has obtained from the commissioner a retailbreeder license for each retail breeder premises operated by such person.Application for each such license shall be made in writing on a form providedby the commissioner. The license period shall be for the license year ending onJune 30 following the issuance date.

      (b)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas pet animalact.
