47-1831. Livestock commissioner authorized toregister original veterinary certificates and provide official calfhoodvaccination tags.(a) The livestock commissioner is hereby authorized to:
(1) Register original veterinary certificates of inspection for livestock,as defined in K.S.A. 47-1001, and amendments thereto; and
(2) provide official calfhood vaccination tags. Such tags shall not exceed$.25 for each tag.
(b) The commissioner shall determine annually tagfee and shall fix such fee by rules and regulations.
(c) The commissioner shall remit all moneys received by or for thecommissioner under this section to the state treasurerin accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendmentsthereto. Uponreceipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entireamount in the state treasury to the credit ofthe animal disease controlfund.
