Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 18.--MISCELLANEOUS

      47-1832.   Livestock commissioner to establish rules and regulations on farmand exotic animals.The livestock commissioner is hereby authorized to establishrules and regulations on disease control programs for and on the sale andimportation into Kansas of farm animals and exoticanimals. As used in this section "farm animals" and "exoticanimal" means the definitions given by rules and regulationsin 9 C.F.R. 1.1, pursuant to 7 U.S.C. § 2131 et seq.
