Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 19.--AQUACULTURE

      47-1905.   Aquaculture fund.(a) There is hereby created in the state treasury theaquaculturefund. Such fund shall be used to receive and expend donationsand grants to fund researchin aquaculture and to promote andmarket aquaculture and aquaculture products in the state of Kansas.

      (b)   All expenditures from such fund shall be made in accordance withappropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issuedpursuant to vouchers approved by the secretary ofagriculture or by a person or persons designated by the secretary.
