Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 2.--STRAYS

      47-229.   Definitions.As used in this act: (a) "Domestic animals," shall include all domesticanimals except dogs and cats.

      (b)   "Stray" or "strays" shall mean any domestic animal which is foundrunning at large, contrary to law, or which may be found in any enclosureother than that of its ownership, and whose owner is not known in thecommunity or whose owner cannot be found.
