      47-2006.   Lien; foreclosure.If the assessment is not deducted and paid tothe person or persons asprovided inK.S.A. 47-2005, or within 10days thereafter, such lien, within one year after the expirationof such 10-day period, may be foreclosed byaction in any court having jurisdiction in the county in which such sheepor wool, or their products, was sold, or in which such sheep or wool, or theirproducts, may be found, or in which suchsheep or wool, or their products, shall have been commingled with other sheepor wool, or their products.
