Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 22.--OSTRICHES

      47-2201.   Classifying ostriches, emus and rheas as livestock.All creatures of the ratite family that are not indigenousto this state, including but not limited to ostriches, emus and rheas, arehereby classified as livestock and shall be subject to all appropriate laws andrules and regulations relating to livestock.
