47-2301. Definitions.As used in this act:
(a) "Commission" means the Kansas dairy commission.
(b) "Purchaser" means any person, public or private corporation,association or partnership who buys fluid milkfrom the seller or acts as an agent for the sale transaction.
(c) "Producer" means a person who is actively engaged within this state inthe business of producing fluid milk and who receives incomefrom the production of fluid milk.
(d) "Sale" or "sold" means a transaction in whichfluid milk is transferred from the seller to a purchaser for full orpartial consideration.
(e) "Secretary" means the secretary of agriculture.
(f) "Seller" means any private entity or corporation that sells fluid milk.
