Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 23.--KANSAS DAIRY COMMISSION

      47-2306.   Penalties.Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this actshall bedeemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by afine of not less than $25 nor more than$500 or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than30 nor more than 90 days, or by both such fine andimprisonment.
