      47-426.   Rules and regulations.The commissioner may make all the necessary rules and regulations tocarry out the provisions of this act and may by such rules and regulationsmake and provide for exceptions, inaddition to those listed in K.S.A. 47-420 andamendments thereto, for the use of particular brands in conjunction withthe recorded brand. Any such brands shall be atleast six inches from the recorded brand.
