Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 6.--PROTECTION OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS

      47-607c.   Same; penalties for violations.Any person or persons violating or failing to comply with the provisionsof this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon convictionthereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars($100) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by imprisonment inthe county jail not less than thirty (30) days nor more than one (1) year,or by both such fine and imprisonment.
