      47-626.   Employees and materials for enforcement of act.The state livestock commissionermay employ such persons andpurchase such supplies, appliances and materials as may be necessaryto carry into full effect all the orders given by the livestockcommissioner as provided by law. No labor shall be employed and nomaterial or supplies purchased by the livestock commissionerexcept such additional labor, material and supplies as may be necessary tocarry into effect the quarantine and other regulations prescribed by thecommissioner. The director of accounts and reports shall drawwarrants upon the treasurer of state for the necessary amount upon vouchersproperly verified by the person performing such labor or furnishing suchmaterial and approved by the livestock commissioner.
