      47-644.   Recovery of damages in civil actions.Nothing in this article shall be so construed as to prevent the recoveryof damages in civil actions against any person or persons who shall importor drive such diseased sheep into this state, or who shall allow suchdiseased sheep to run at large, or who shall sell such diseased sheep.
