      47-662.   Same; penalty for violating act.Any person, who owns or is in possession of domestic animals, who shallrefuse to allow any authorized officer or officers or their authorizeddeputies to examine such domestic animals for any infectious or contagiousdisease, or who shall hinder or obstruct any authorized official or hisauthorized deputy in any examination of or in an attempt to examine suchdomestic animals, or who shall violate any provision in this act or whoshall fail or refuse to perform any act or duty imposed upon him under theprovisions of this act, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and uponconviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not less than $100 nor more than$500.
