Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Article 8.--REGISTRATION OF VETERINARIANS

      47-820.   Disposition of moneys; veterinary examinersfee fund.The board shall remit all moneys received by or for it from fees,charges or penalties to the state treasurer inaccordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto.Upon receiptof each such remittance, the state treasurer shalldeposit theentire amountin the state treasury. Twenty percent of each such depositshall be credited to the state general fund and the balance shall becredited to the veterinary examiners fee fund. Costs relating to assessmentand enforcement of civil fines shall be credited to the veterinary examinersfeefund from all moneys received that are civil fines and the balance shall becredited to the state general fund. All expenditures from suchfund shall be made in accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants ofthe director of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approvedby the executive director or by a person or personsdesignated by the executive director.
