Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 8.--REGISTRATION OF VETERINARIANS

      47-851.   Failure to report; immunity from civil liability.(a) No person or entity shall be subject to liability in acivil action for failure to report as authorized by K.S.A.47-847 or 47-848, andamendments thereto.

      (b)   In no event shall a professional society or organization or impairedveterinarian committee be liable in damages for the alleged failure toproperly investigate or act upon any report made pursuant to K.S.A.47-847 andamendments thereto.
