Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY Article 12.--EMERGENCY INTERIM EXECUTIVE AND JUDICIAL SUCCESSION ACT

      48-1210.   Disputes.Any dispute concerning a question of fact arising under this act withrespect to an office in the executive branch of the state government(except a dispute of fact relative to the office of governor) shall beadjudicated by the governor (or other official authorized under theconstitution and this act to exercise the powers and discharge the dutiesof the office of governor) and the governor's decision shall be final.
