Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY Article 15.--EMERGENCY LOCATION OF STATE GOVERNMENT

      48-1502.   Same; official acts performed at emergency location valid. During such time as the seat of government remains at such emergencytemporary location, or locations, all official acts now or hereafterrequired by law to be performed at the seat of government by any officer,agency, department or authority of this state, including the convening andmeeting of the legislature in regular, extraordinary, or emergency session,shall be as valid and binding when performed at such emergency temporarylocation, or locations, as if performed at the normal location of the seatof government.
