Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY Article 16.--NUCLEAR ENERGY DEVELOPMENT AND RADIATION CONTROL

      48-1609.   Inspection.The secretary or the secretary's authorized representativesshall have the power toenter at all reasonable times upon any private or public property for thepurpose of determining whether or not there is compliance with or violationof the provisions of this act and rules and regulations issued hereunder,except that entry into areas under the jurisdiction of the federalgovernment shall be effected only with the concurrence of the federalgovernment or its duly designated representative.
