Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY Article 16.--NUCLEAR ENERGY DEVELOPMENT AND RADIATION CONTROL

      48-1612.   Prohibited uses.It shall be unlawful for any person to use, manufacture, produce, transport,transfer, distribute, sell, install, repair, receive, acquire, own orpossess any source of radiation unless licensed by or registered with thesecretary in accordance with the provisions of this act.
