      48-1617.   Effect of act on local ordinances, resolutions andregulations.Ordinances, resolutions, or regulations, now or hereafter in effect, ofthe governing body of a municipality or county or board of health relatingto by-product, source and special nuclear materials, radiation producingdevices and electronic products shall not be superseded by this act:Provided, That such ordinances or regulations are and continue to beconsistent with the provisions of this act, amendments thereto and rulesand regulations hereunder.
