Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY Article 17.--NATIONAL GUARD MUTUAL ASSISTANCE COMPACT

      48-1703.   Rights and status of national guard forces engaged pursuantto compact.In accordance with article III (h) of the compact, members of thenational guard forces of this state shall be deemed to be in state serviceat all times when engaged pursuant to this compact, and shall be entitledto all rights and benefits provided pursuant to K.S.A. 48-226 [*] orsubsequent similar pertinent legislation.
