48-210. Enlistments; standard physical examinations; medical fee.All enlistments in the Kansas army and air national guard shall be inthe form and for such period as is now or may hereafter be prescribed byfederal law and regulations. Every recruit, before he or she shall be enlisted orre-enlisted in the Kansas army or air national guard, shall be required topass the standard physical examination prescribed for recruits enlisting inthe army of the United States. The medical officer or physician making suchexamination shall be allowed a fee of three dollars ($3) for each applicantexamined.
