Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY Article 2.--KANSAS ARMY AND AIR NATIONAL GUARD

      48-212.   Oath of officers and enlisted persons.Each commissioned officer, before entering upon the duties of his or heroffice, and each enlisted person, shall be required to take and subscribe tosuch oath as is now or may hereafter be required by federal law andregulation.
