Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY Article 2.--KANSAS ARMY AND AIR NATIONAL GUARD

      48-249.   Existing organizations.The organized companies, batteries and bands now comprising the activemilitia of the state, and the regimental and battalion organizations, shallnot be changed or interfered with by the provisions of this act, but saidorganizations shall be continued in the service of the state on the basisof the present organization and muster.
