48-272. Military fees fund; federal reimbursements;rules and regulations.There is hereby created in the state treasury the military fees fund whichshall be administered by the adjutant general. The adjutant general shallremit all moneys received as reimbursements from the federal governmentto the state treasurer in accordance with theprovisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of eachsuch remittance,the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the statetreasury to the credit of themilitary fees fund. Theadjutant general may adopt rules and regulations establishing proceduresfor the administration of the military fees fund.
