      48-2931.   (KCMJ Art. 76) Finality of proceedings, findings and sentences.The appellate review of records of trial provided by thischapter, the proceedings, findings and sentence of courts-martial asapproved, reviewed or affirmed as required by this code, and all dismissalsand discharges carried into execution under sentence by courts-martialfollowing approval, review or affirmation as required by this code, arefinal and conclusive. Orders publishing the proceedings of courts-martialand all action taken pursuant to those proceedings are binding upon alldepartments, courts, agencies and officers of the state military force,subject only to action upon a petition for a new trial as provided inK.S.A. 48-2928 and to action by the adjutant general as providedin K.S.A. 48-2929,and the authority of the governor.
