      48-307.   Sale of armory, when.When the military board shall receive information fromthe governor of the disbandment of any organization of the national guardof Kansas occupying and using an armory provided by the state, under thedirection of the military board, it shall be the duty of such militaryboard to sell such armory, at public or private sale, after duepublication, for the highest price to be obtained for the same, and theproceeds thereof shall be divided equitably between the state, city orcounty as their interest may appear.
