Article 30.--CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE; PUNITIVE SECTIONS

      48-3025.   Subordinate compelling surrender.Any person subject to this code who compels or attempts to compel thecommander of any of the military forces of the state, or of any otherstate, to give it up to a hostile force or to abandon it, or who strikesthe colors or flag to a hostile force without proper authority, shall bepunished as a court-martial may direct.
