      48-3033a.   (KCMJ Art. 110) Improper hazarding of a vessel.(a) Any person subject to this code who willfully andwrongfully hazards or suffers to be hazarded any vessel of the armed forcesshall be punished as a court-martial may direct.

      (b)   Any person subject to this code who negligently hazards or suffersto be hazarded any vessel of the armed forces shall be punished as acourt-martial may direct.
