Article 30.--CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE; PUNITIVE SECTIONS

      48-3035.   Drunk on duty; sleeping on post; leaving post before relief. Any person subject to this code who is found drunk, under the influenceof any intoxicant, narcotic, barbiturate or somnifacient or similarsubstance, on duty or sleeping upon his or her post, or who leaves thatpost before he or she is regularly relieved, shall be punished as a court-martialmay direct.
