48-3103. Sections to be explained.K.S.A. 48-2102, 48-2103, 48-2201 to 48-2208, inclusive, 48-2301,48-2503, 48-2505, 48-2702, 48-2801, 48-3001 to 48-3042, inclusive, and48-3103 to 48-3105, inclusive, as well as those requiredsections of the United States code of military justice, shall be carefullyexplained to every enlisted member at the time of the member's enlistment ortransfer or induction into the state military forces or within thirty (30)days thereafter. They shall also be explained annually to each unit of thestate military forces. A complete text of this code and of the regulationsprescribed by the governor thereunder shall be made available to any memberof the state military forces, upon the member's request, for his or herpersonal examination.
