      48-3112.   (KCMJ Art. 144) Uniformity of interpretation.This act shall be so construed as to effectuate its general purpose and,so far as practical, to make the law uniform with the law of the UnitedStates uniform code of military justice, chapter 47 of title 10 of theUnited States Code.
