Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY Article 5.--STATE GUARD

      48-515.   Compensation of members.Whenever the state guard, or any portion thereof, is called into theactive military service of the state, the officers and enlisted persons shallreceive the same rate of pay as is provided for officers and enlisted personsof like grades in the army of the United States.
